The Woman’s Network is a leading event and film organization dedicated to empowering and uplifting women both nationally and globally. Through curated events, film productions and programs, we provide a platform and resource center for women from diverse backgrounds to connect, learn, and thrive. Our mission is to foster meaningful connections, inspire personal and professional growth, and advocate for gender equality and women’s empowerment. Patoria Toi Hardy
Toi Hardy is a powerhouse entrepreneur, philanthropist, and advocate for women and children. Overcoming a challenging upbringing in Detroit, Michigan, she defied adversity—facing poverty, abuse, and instability—to become a force for change. Excelling academically, she started college at 16 and later leveraged her expertise to launch HAI Marketing Agency, a firm specializing in branding, staffing, and production for high-net-worth clients. Within five years, she scaled HAI’s annual revenue from $50K to $1 million. Expanding her reach, she founded Powerful Network Productions, collaborating with industry icons like Drake, Tyga, and Jamie Foxx. Hardy’s journey proves that resilience, strategy, and faith can turn struggle into success.
Beyond business, Hardy is deeply committed to philanthropy. She founded the Yacht Club Children’s Charity, which provides meals, school supplies, and educational resources to at-risk youth. Her long-term vision includes establishing safe learning centers worldwide for children and women in underserved communities.
Through The Women’s Network Co. and The Woman’s Network Foundation, Hardy champions global women’s empowerment, spearheading networking events, advocacy initiatives, and mentorship programs. As Global CEO, she leads efforts to create impactful experiences that foster professional growth and financial independence. By partnering with charities and sponsors, her team organizes fundraisers, workshops, and events to uplift women and advance minority-led initiatives.
